Our Mission & Reach
Myriad Canada’s mission is to enable thoughtful and effective donations for international charitable projects by helping Canadian individuals, families, corporations and foundations contribute to charitable causes abroad.
We work with local organizations located in Asia, Africa, America, and in Europe, to implement charitable projects in the fields of Education Advancement, Poverty Alleviation, Health, Arts, Scientific Research, and the Environment.
In 2022 and 2023, Myriad Canada received an average of $22 million CAD in donations per year. Our team currently manages around 60 projects worldwide in 28 countries.
Support our Global Activities
If you would like to support Myriad Canada’s general operations, you are in the right place! You can make a donation directly on this page. Your donation will be used to support the projects with the most pressing needs, based on our Board and Team’s assessment.
Would you rather support a specific cause? If so, you can make a donation at any time to support one of our current Projects. If your favorite charitable project is not on this list, you can recommend a donation to it, and Myriad Canada will then conduct a due diligence. About Myriad Canada
Myriad Canada’s role is to carry out charitable projects across the globe in accordance with its charitable purposes. We provide the due diligence and oversight that charitable projects require in order for donors to receive charitable tax receipts for their gifts. The way in which projects are carried out and donations are spent is tightly controlled and monitored, and is governed by two priorities: to have a clear and concrete impact, and to minimize management fees as much as possible.
Myriad Canada is registered with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) as a charitable organization since 2017. As a member of the Myriad Alliance with offices in Canada, the US, Europe, Asia and Australia, Myriad Canada has a vast international network and extensive practical expertise.
How to support this project?
By credit card: At the top right of this page, indicate the amount you wish to donate, and make the donation online by credit card. You will receive a receipt for tax purposes by e-mail just a few minutes after making the donation. It is simple and quick!
By cheque:
- Make your cheque out to Myriad Canada.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: We receive a lot of cheques! You must please indicate “Project A – Myriad Canada General Fund” in the memo line of your cheque to ensure that it is allocated correctly.
