Myriad Canada connects Canadians to their favourite charitable causes – anywhere in the world – by crafting personalized solutions for one-time gifts or recurring donations through donor-advised funds. We provide the due diligence and oversight that charitable projects require. We are currently seeking a Project Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with our team on the due diligence and project management we conduct as a key function of our mission.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will:

  • Work on numerous international project files, following through with each in a timely and appropriate manner;
  • Communicate with project partners for the due diligence and monitoring of our projects in more than 50 countries around the world;
  • Verify partners’ compliance with requested documents, and track expenses for projects;
  • Create project contracts and maintain filing systems for efficient retrieval of information.

The successful candidate is:

  • Empathetic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Highly organised, with strong project management skills;
  • Detail oriented, rigorous and reliable;
  • Able to work independently and multi-task;
  • Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written;
  • Collaborative and comfortable working in a small team environment;
  • Proficient in MS Office suite;
  • Open-minded, curious and willing to learn;
  • Aligned with our values of integrity, transparency, equity, and international solidarity.

  • A salary of between $63, 000 and $68,000, based on experience and skills;
